It takes a certain sensibility to appreciate the effect of light on a face, the shadows, the curves, the contrasting value of the high points and troughs.
It takes anatomical knowledge and an understanding of the ageing process to sympathetically negate the effects of pollution, tiredness and age whilst simultaneously enhancing volume, structure and effacing wrinkles. Clinical acumen and artistic sensibility are not however enough! Human hand and eye are complimented by powerful technologies and rigorous skin analysis. Rozina Ali offers a specialist selection of therapeutic non-surgical rejuvenation techniques including Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, Botulinum toxin, transderm mesotherapy, Pellevé radio-frequency skin tightening, eDermastamp microneedling, injection mesotherapy and an exclusive collection of high-performance skincare.
The beauty of Non-Surgical Rejuvenation (NSR) is that it’s subtle and elegant. It is suitable for everybody who cares about looking their best, it has minimal downtime and is an effective adjunct to surgical procedures and skincare regimens.

Fillers can be used in various depths and guises – the soft plumping hyaluronic acids (HA) to render lips soft, full and well-hydrated or to augment the corners of the mouth in a soft c shaped that everts the lips to offer a subtle pout. Firm HA fillers are designed to volumise cheeks, temples and deep nasolabial creases.
Calcium hydroxylapatite fillers such as Radiesse act to induce your own collagen production and thicken the deep tissues to restore cheek structure, eliminate hollows in the temple and efface deep nasolabial lines.
Botulinum neurotoxin is a well-known muscle relaxant. It can be used in a variety of dilutions and subtle ways to efface forehead creases, soften crows feet, open up the eyes, elevate the brows, reshape the lower jaw, drop the upper lip, release a tight cobbled chin and release tight bands of the ageing neck.
I will use various makes and dilutions of botulinum toxin depending on the requirement of the patient and offer close follow-up and free top-ups as necessary. I regularly use an Accuvein monitor to detect blood vessels close to the skin, thereby minimising the risk of bruising. My practice has a stringent code of practice and will not offer Botox to unsuitable patients or for inappropriate indications. Top-ups are not offered after 4 weeks and no Botox treatment is permitted more frequently than at three monthly intervals.
Light Hyaluronic acid fillers have been developed that can be injected immediately under the skin (sub-dermally). They act to plump up the skin and eliminate superficial wrinkles. This leaves even a tired or gaunt face looking full and hydrated with a healthy glow to the skin.
These injections are repeatable at monthly intervals and an initial course of three is recommended.
Fine lines, wrinkles, crepe-like skin, open pores can all be addressed with a course of radiofrequency skin tightening procedures which are non-invasive, pain-free and have no down-time. The skin tightening effect and benefits continue for 9-12 months afterward with maximum benefit visible at 3- 6 months. The treatment is repeatable, affordable and effective. It provides a great 'canvas' for most interventions and enhances skin quality. A course of three separated by monthly intervals is recommended to begin.
